Return & Exchange Policy

Em-Belish thoroughly checks each product that enters our facility for manufacturer defect.

Due to the customization of the products sold, we do not accept returns of any kind.

If you have an issue with the decoration process of an item, the discrepancy must be noted within 24 hours of delivery  Notification should be emailed to info.embelish@gmail.com.

We will request photos and within 24 hours an RA will be issued if our quality control team find the request acceptable.

Em-belish is not responsible for freight associated with any return unless a team member has pre-approved freight cost.

A two phase functional test is provided for each item i.e. zipper pulls, pockets, stitching overall structure prior to leaving our facility. Items such as letter style, position, order of characters will not be considered for return if they were embellished in accordance to the submitted order.

If we made an error per your order form, we will replace or refund 100%.

If you are dropping off an item strictly for decoration purchased outside of our facility. we do not accept responsibility at any level unless we failed to provide the work as described on your order form.

Acts of God, power outages, needle breaks are out of our control and we do not accept responsibility if this occurs during the decoration process.

Damages to your shipment must be reported to the shipper direct and replacement or refunds will be handled between recipient and shipper.
